Origins 
The Mastiff of the Pyrenees is a Spanish race it would originate of the south part of the Pyrenees, where it was used during centuries to keep the flocks during the annual migrations. The Mastiff has a heavy constitution, with a short and wide muzzle and an abrupt stop. It takes the high line when he/she gets excited. 
Character and taken care   
The Mastiff of the Pyrenees is intelligent, faithful and in general by nature good; but he/she is a formidable guardian. It is not a good election for a callow person with the dogs. He/she needs a lot of exercise and clean being with a sow brush.
