Pudelpointer

Origins
It is the result of the crossing between several races of Pointers and the old Barbet (extinguished today) or the Caniche. It is a good hunt dog for everything, with a hard, rough and thick mantel that allows him to face the uneven land and the cold climate. Their constitution looks like each other more to that of a heavy Pointer than to that of the Caniche, he/she has a back short and direct, big rounded eyes and what has been given in calling an expression of prey bird. Unfortunately it is becoming strange in Europe like specific race, but there are some in U.S and Canada with proprietors hunters.
Character and taken care
The Pudelpointer is intelligent, of good temperament, desirous of learning and with a great resistance.
